Tallink Silja has once again been selected by Reader's Digest (Reader's Digest in Finland) Trusted Brand survey, Finland's most trusted shipping company.
We won first place in the survey of product group Shipping company. It's great that we again achieved the confidence of the Finns. In Finland, we got 55 percent of the references. The greatest confidence is among persons under 50 years of age. And within those persons 62 percent is saying the most trusted shipping company is Tallink Silja. This encourages us to develop our services and products even better, says the Marketing Director Kristiina Kukkohovi.
The study was carried out for the 13th time. It is one of the largest consumer surveys in Europe.
There were 12 countries and a total of 18 314 respondents. In Finland 2024 subscribers of Reader’s Digest magazine responded to the survey.
Survey respondents first named the most trusted brand in an open-ended question and were then asked to evaluate its four different qualities on a scale of 1 to 5. The qualities under estimation consisted of the following: quality, worth its price, strong product image, understanding the consumers’ needs and ethical responsibility.
Sample selection and results were weighted so that, as far as possible, respondent profiles reflect broad population demographics in each individual country. All brand questions are “open-ended” allowing participants to nominate whichever brands they choose.
