The card is valid for 18 months. You will maintain your membership by making four trips during the validity period. Not fulfilling the conditions terminates the membership. (The membership can be reactivated within 6 months by paying €5.)
Making 4 trips and spending €500 will rise you to the silver level (1 cruise = 2 trips).
