Conference facilities

Silja Symphony's conference facilities are located in the bow of the ship on deck 6. The 21 separate conference rooms can also be converted into one single exhibition space covering 1 100 m2.

The stylish VIP meeting room seats 12 persons. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the reception, which ensures rapid service. The Business Corner offers you access to the Internet - even during the voyage.

Located immediately above the conference facilities on decks 7 and 8, the Atlantis Palace and its almost 700 seats are available until the early evening. This space can accommodate even more large-scale arrangements: for example, you can hold a seminar upstairs and an exhibition on the deck below.

The three secluded conference suites at the fore on deck 9 are suitable for smaller meetings for up to 8-12 persons. The suites are equipped with standard meeting equipment. The luxurious Silja suite in the Commodore section is also available for more executive meetings for up to eight participants.

Catering, including our praised coffee buffet, is provided in the conference lobby on deck 6. Catering is also available in other facilities by separate agreement.

Conference suites

Location: at the fore of deck 9.
Three separate suites with windows and conference equipment.

Capacity:
9192   39 m2 max. 8 people
9194   45 m2 max. 10 people (with its own sauna)
9196   52 m2 max. 12 people

Equipment:
TV, video, overhead projector, flip chart, whiteboard, intercom and refreshments. Other conference equipment and services available from the conference section on request. Bedroom with double bed and breakfast for two. The conference suite 9194 has its own sauna.

Silja suite

Location: in the Commodore section at the fore of deck 11.
Floor space 76 m2, max. 8 people.

A well-appointed luxury suite with whirlpool, sauna and dressing room. Guest toilet. Bar. Refreshments, flowers and fruit.
Bang & Olufsen audio system.
Bedroom with double bed. Commodore breakfast for two.

Special Commodore class services.
Conference equipment and other services available from the Conference Center on request.

Atlantis Palace

The Atlantis Palace restaurant is also available for conferences until the early evening.

Located in the fore of the ship on decks 7 and 8.
Total capacity 700 seats; 400 seats with direct view of the screen and performers.
