Silja's ships You can always pay in cash on Silja’s ships. Euros and Swedish Krona are accepted on routes between Finland and Sweden, and Euros and Estonian crowns on the Helsinki - Tallinn route. All shops also accept other currencies (notes only).

Tallinn terminal accepts estonian crowns (EEK), estonian bank cards and the above mentioned credit cards. Helsinki west terminal and ticket offices accept euros, finnish bank cards, above mentioned credit cards, Visa Electron and Maestro cards.
In Estonia the only officially accepted currency is crown, however euros are often acceped on open-air markets. International credit cards are accepted in most shops. Banks and some bank automats give cash with credit cards.
