Pets are not allowed on cruises (with the exception of guide dogs)
Scheduled traffic between Sweden and Åland, Silja Line: Price: 16 €/animal/direction. Cabin reservations are compulsory on both day and night departures (except for journeys to/from Åland). Passengers travelling with pets must reserve a whole cabin in the Seaside–Tourist II classes (not the Promenade class) for their party. There are a limited number of cabins available. The number of animals is limited; as a rule, one animal per cabin.
Scheduled traffic between Sweden and Estonia, Tallink:
Price : 16 €/animal for one-way travel. Pets must travel in kennels or in cabins. A limited number of cabins is allocated for pet transport.
Scheduled traffic between Finland and Estonia on Tallink shuttles Star&Superstar: Transport of pets in the passenger sections is not allowed (except for guide dogs). Pets may be transported without any extra charge in owner's vehicle at the owner's responsibility. Pet owners may not visit the car deck during the voyage. Passengers must inform booking personnel of any pets when making a reservation. Limited number of animals per departure.
Scheduled traffic between Finland and Estonia on Baltic Princess: Price: 13 €/animal/direction. Pets must be transported in a kennel. The total number of pets per voyage is limited.
Scheduled traffic between Finland - Germany on Tallink Superfasts: Price: 80 €/ animal / for one-way travel Rostock - Helsinki or v.v. Pets must be transported in a kennel or cabin (only A- and B-class). A limited number of cabins is allocated for pet transport. The total number of pets per voyage is limited.
Practical instructions for the transportation of pets are available at the check-in. Passengers must observe the current regulations concerning the transportation of pets issued by the public authorities and present any required documents. Should the documents not be in order and the public authorities turn the pet back at the order, the passenger is liable for any related expenses.
Dangerous animals are not allowed on board.
NOTE! Guide dogs are not subject to a transportation fee. The dog's documents must be in order.
