Passengers with vehicles are required to be at the terminal:
- on Helsinki-Tallinn-Helsinki route 1 h prior to departure at the latest
- on Helsinki-Stockholm-Helsinki route 1 h prior to departure at the latest
- on Stockholm-Tallinn-Stockholm route 1 h prior to departure at the latest
- on Stockholm-Riga-Stockholm route 1,5 h prior to departure at the latest
The reservations of vehicles arriving later than this are no longer valid.
Exact measures of vehicles are required (length and height). If the measures are not correct, it may be possible to order a new place with extra surcharge at the check-in. This is possible only when there is space left over on the car deck.
It is also obligatory (since 1.4.2010) to inform the registration number in all routes
N.B. All vehicles should have a country identification sticker. Passengers do not have access to the car deck during the voyage.
If the vehicle has two units, e.g. car + trailer, it is always reserved as a combination**). With the exception of a motorcycle + small trailer, which is reserved as car, and bike + trailer, which is reserved as a bicycle.
