The Information Desk is located on the 7th deck, in the middle of the ship.

The cloakroom for luggage is on the 8th deck. Price 2 € / person (max. 2 bags + shopping + outdoor clothing). There are also several racks onboard where customers can leave their outdoor clothing for free of charge.

Kennel on the 5th deck, there are 6 cages for animals, measurements:width 70 cm, height 92 cm and depth 96 cm.
Charge 13 € / one-way / pet. Pets can be carried in a car free of charge. During the cruise you cannot go to car deck.

Smoking is allowed only on the weatherdeck.

The playroom for kids and PlayStation are located on the 9th deck.
