Buffet Symphony
The best Buffet tables on the Baltic Sea are waiting for you on all Tallink Silja ships! The quality of the Buffet’s starters, main courses and desserts is ensured through carefully selected suppliers and the well-honed skills of our master chefs. Delicacies from the archipelago, which we obtain direct from small producers in the Turku, Åland and Stockholm archipelagos, bring added colour to the buffet. Beer, white and red wine, and soft drinks are included in the price of the meal. Bottled wine is always served at the buffet dinner. Our staff is happy to make other recommendations upon request. All of Silja Line's restaurants are non-smoking.
You can book a table in advance when reserving your journey; this is particularly recommended during the high season. Please, remember, that your table reservation is held for you for 15 minutes after the seating start time. You can make a table reservation onboard for the same day at Buffet SYmphony from 15:30 local time.

Flavours from Provence and Scandinavia in Bistro Maxime
Bistro Maxime is a relaxed restaurant with timeless Scandinavian-Provencal ambience. It offers fine, unhurried dining for adults as well as children. There are always new tasty experiences for the adventurous, as well as delicious classics.
Bistro Maxime’s exquisite dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and service is considerate and personal. Each dish finds its ideal accompaniment on the wine list. Choose your starter and dessert from the menu, or try our popular starter and dessert buffet. As far as possible, each dish is always available lactose-free and gluten-free.
Children will find their favourites on the separate Moomin menu. Certain dishes on the A la Carte menu for adults are also available for the under-12-year-olds for a special price: starters 2.50 €, main courses 6 € and desserts 2.50 €.
We recommend you book a table in advance when making your travel reservation. You can also use the meal coupons in any dining restaurant on board. You can make a table reservation at Bistro Maxime for the same day on the ship as of 15.30 local time.

Take a moment to relax in Café Orient´s exotic ambience. The selection includes freshly-made coffee and tea, sweet and savoury snacks, soft drinks, aperitifs, drinks and 'coffee avec'. Patrons can also access the Internet. After dinner at Bistro Maxime why don't you continue the evening in the welcoming ambience of Café Orient. The café is located on deck 6 and it is a non-smoking area.
