Check-in
Passengers with vehicle
Car check-in is open during 16.00-18.30. Passengers with vehicles must be at the terminal at 18.00 at the latest. Passengers with vehicles are escorted to the ship.
Passengers without vehicle
Passengers without a vehicle are transported from the terminal to the ship by bus. Passengers without a vehicle must be at the terminal at 18.30 at the latest, when the last bus transportation to the ship is organised.
The first bus transportation from the terminal to the ship leaves at 18.00. However, when the departure is fully booked, the first bus transportation from the terminal to the ship leaves at 17.30.
We recommend to be at the check-in well in advance the ship's departure.
Connection from/to harbour Vuosaaari / Hansa terminal
All highways in Helsinki metropolitan area are connected with Kehä I and Kehä III ring roads (direction itään, i.e. to east). They end in the near of the Port of Vuosaari. Please, follow the sings. In the city centre take Itäväylä to the Port of Vuosaari.
The Bus No. 90B runs between the Port of Vuosaari and Vuosaari underground station (Metro). The bus stops in the front of the terminal building and the ride to the underground station takes approx. 10 minutes. With the underground you travel approx. 20 minutes to the central railway station (Rautatientori).
In order to get to Helsinki West Harbour, please, change to bus No. 15 at Ruoholahti underground station. The ride to the West Harbour (end station)
takes approx. 5 minutes.
You may buy bus tickets in the bus or ticket automates. A ticket is valid 60 minutes and the same ticket is valid for both the bus and the undergroud.
