Passengers with vehicles travelling from Helsinki to Rostock are required to be at the terminal 1,5 hours prior to departure at the latest . Passengers with vehicles travelling from Rostock to Helsinki are requested to be at the terminal at latest 01.00 a.m. in the day of departure. The reservations of vehicles arriving later than this are no longer valid.
Exact measures of vehicles are required (length and height). If the measures are not correct, it may be possible to order a new place with extra surcharge at the check-in. This is possible only when there is space left over on the car deck.
N.B. All vehicles should have a country identification sticker. Passengers do not have access to the car deck during the voyage.
