Separate check-in points for individual and group travellers as well as for passengers travelling by car.

Own check-in for passengers travelling in the Suite or Commodore class and holders of Club Silja Gold card. This does not apply to passengers travelling by car.

VIP lounge for Commodore class and Suite travellers.

Porterage service

Porterage service daily during ships' arrivals and departures. Individual travellers can order the service from the ship's information desk or from the check-in desk at the terminal. Groups are required to order the service latest one week in advance tel. +46 (0)8 666 3378 or by fax +46 (0)8 661 5524.

Price: luggage carried to the cabin 30 SEK/bag and to the ship's information desk or luggage storage room 25 SEK/bag. 

Connections

Bus service:

Bus transfer from the City Terminal new bus stop 21.4  from Vasagatan 16, upposite side of Centralstation to the Silja Terminal (by the main railway station). Duration approximately 20 minutes.

Ticket price for adults and children is 3 € / 25 SEK. Family discount tickets can be purshased on board the ship.

Subway

Gärdet station is at a walking distance of 500 meters from the terminal. There is a walking bridge from the upper level of the terminal.

One-way ticket adults 20 SEK, children 7-19 years 10 SEK. Ticket is valid for 1 hour and entitles to transfer from one line to another.

Car park with surveillance nearby the terminal. Reservation in advance is recommended, tel. +46 (0)8 662 0046. Price: 100 SEK/24 h. Open daily 09.30 to 20.00.
