Bus No. 1 goes from the Silja Line terminal to the main market square and v.v..

Map for drivers

There are good train connections from Turku harbour to Helsinki and Tampere, and bus connections with express busses to following cities: Forssa, Hanko, Helsinki, Huittinen, Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä , Jämsä, Kokkola, Lahti, Loimaa, Mynämäki, Oulu, Pori, Vaasa, Rauma, Salo, Tampere, Vaasa and Uusikaupunki.

The train station is located approximately 200 m from the terminal. Accessible via the glass corridor outside the terminal.

The Silja Express bus to Tampere leaves in front of the terminal.

Matkahuolto’s buses and the Silja Express bus to Helsinki and Vaasa/Oulu leave from the bus station at the harbour. There is a taxi stand near the terminal next to Hotel Seaport.

Buses to Tampere, Jyväskylä, Iisalmi, Vaasa and Oulu leave from the parking area for charter buses.

Services

Check-in

Separate check-in points for individual and group travellers as well as for passengers travelling by car (ca. 200m from the terminal).

Own check-in for passengers travelling in the Suite  class, holders of Club Silja Gold card, “Wine & Dine” and “Hyvän Olon” package journey holders. This does not apply to passengers travelling by car.

The tour operators Matka-Vekka and Matkapojat have check-in desks of their own in the ground floor of the terminal building.

Restaurant service

Cafeteria on the 3rd floor (snacks and alcohol). The cafeteria is open also during daytime. In addition there is a bar on the 2nd floor. NB! Under departure times the cafeteria and bar are open only for passengers that have checked in.

Refreshment and sweet vending machine on the ground floor.

Lockers, limited amount (1 x 2 € coins). The largest baggage size 82 x 58 x 28 cm. 

Cash ATM NB! No ATM in the terminal builing. The closest cash point is at Viking Line terminal, ca. 300m away.

Currency exchange
There is no currency exchange in the terminal. The closest is at Hotel Seaport ca. 150m from the terminal (exchange for the most common currencies). The closest official exchanges are in the center of Turku.
