The green metropolis of HamburgHamburg with 1,7 million inhabitants is the second largest city of Germany and simultaneously one of the 16 states. Hamburg is also the greenest of the lage metropolis: 14% of area is park and recreational areas. Hamburg has 2302 bridges that is more than Venice and Amsterdam together. The city has ove 90 consulates, the second most after New York.
In the center of the city there is lake Alster that during summer season offers a relaxed possibility to sailing, pedal boating, or guided Alster tour.
Hamburg is the city of musicals. At the moment the two world famous musicals are on: Lion King anf Mamma Mia.
