Tallinn of the many hues is full of life

Wander around the town and visit small boutiques, stop for a cup of coffee at one of the ubiquitous cafés or enjoy a pint in a beer cellar. This historic Hanseatic town offers thousands of opportunities for enjoyable moments.

Shopping, shopping...
Tallinn is the promised land for Finnish shoppers. Prices are still somewhat lower than at home, and you can also find bargains during a quick trip around town. If you are looking for fashion, art, design objects or interior design elements, head for the old town and the special shops aligning its streets and alleys. Traditional handicraft is sold by the wall surrounding the old town.

Fine Estonian brands
Great investments for shopping enthusiasts include crystal, shoes or high-quality Estonian fashion brands such as Klementin, Ivo Nikkolo, Bastioni and Baltman. International designer brands and products are almost as pricey as in Finland; besides, unlike in Finland, pirate products can also be found in the textile market.

Culture
The Estonian National Opera and the Estonian Drama Theatre situated in downtown Tallinn are the largest and most popular of the town’s theatres. If you are looking for more experimental theatre, try the Von Krahl theatre. The adjacent Von Krahl Theater Bar is one of the coolest rock clubs in town. Classical music is played in high-quality concerts around the town. Baroque music is played at the Pirita Fortress and Viennese classics in the Niguliste Concert Hall.
