The long and cold winter in the Nordic feels nice when we are bringing you a glimpse of warmth on board.  The Grande Buffet theme table is now highlighting spicy and authentic Thai cuisine from far away. Our Executive Chef from Tallinn's NOK NOK restaurant created a colorful and delicious theme table.

To the delight of the fine dining enthusiasts traveling onboard our vessels this winter, we present a new tasting menu Menu Nordic, which takes us on a journey to the islands of Estonia, with particular inspiration from Saaremaa. The new 5-course set menu is available at the Bon Vivant restaurant on the Helsinki - Stockholm route vessels, and at the Gourmet restaurant onboard Baltic Queen, operating on the Tallinn - Stockholm route.

    New Ship's Wines

    2022 - 2024

    The new Ship’s wines and beers for Tallink and Silja Line have been selected again. The selection includes five private label wines and two beers, all selected from European producers. The wines and beers will be available on all Tallink and Silja Line ships from May 2022 for the next two years.
