Changing and cancellations of bookings during covid-19 pandemic:

  • Tallink Silja will contact all customers affected by cancelled departures. 

    You can check and update your contact details for current booking / ticket by visiting the "My Booking" section on our website. By doing this you ensure that we can contact you quickly when we need to.

Routes we sail :

  • HELSINKI-TALLINN and v.v., 2 hour sea crossing with Megastar & Star daily
  • HELSINKI-TALLINN-HELSINKI overnight cruise with Silja Serenade 4.6.-22.6.2021, with Silja Europa from 23.6.2021
  • HELSINKI-ALAND-HELSINKI with Silja Serenade 24.6.-31.7.2021
  • TURKU-ÅLAND-STOCKHOLM and v.v  with Baltic Princess & Galaxy daily
  • STOCKHOLM-VISBY-STOCKHOLM with Silja Symphony 2.-30.7.2021

Routes are partially suspended for regular passenger traffic:

  • HELSINKI-STOCKHOLM: Estimated return to daily traffic on 1.8.2021 with Silja Symphony & Silja Serenade.
  • TALLINN-STOCKHOLM:  Return to regular traffic on 9.7.2021 with Baltic Queen.
  • RIGA-STOCKHOLM: Romantika & Isabelle operations suspended until further notice

  • Due to covid-19 pandemic destination countries may have their own restrictions and conditions on entry for travellers. Please check the government websites if you are allowed to cross the border.

  • Travellig to Finland - As of 10.06 2021, people who have been completely vaccinated against corona virus with at least 2 doses of vaccine (except for the Jansen, which is a single-dose vaccine) do not have to show a negative corona test result when traveling to/entering Finland.

    Passengers who have received 1 dose are also not required to submit a negative test but are required to take the test at least 72 hours after arrival 

    Please note that still travel restrictions are in force to Finland.

  • The FINENTRY web service helps and guides you with coronavirus testing in Finland.

  • Travelling to Sweden - From 31 May 2021 no entry ban or negative covid test is required when travelling directly from another Nordic country, meaning Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway.

  • The main advice from the local official health authorities is to follow extremely good hygiene practices - frequent and proper washing of hands, using disinfectants that are available around all our ships and hotels.
  • It is recommended that all passengers wear a face mask in public areas on board and in the terminal. Also, the necessary safety distance to other passengers must be maintained. The face mask may be removed while eating and drinking, as well as in areas where there are no other passengers.

  • We are continuously and frequently forwarding advice and guidance to our crew and staff we receive from the authorities and partner organizations.

  • Passenger capacity is being monitored taking into account  regulations and the epidemic situation in our countries. 
  • Before purchasing tickets please make sure that you follow the regulations when entering the country at the destination and pay attention to possible self-isolation rules.
