EXCEPTIONAL TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DURING PANDEMIC
 

  • The following principles shall apply to changing ship tickets purchased for trips on shipping routes cancelled until  31 May 2021:

    a) Changing the travel date for the low season of 2021 (January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November) is free of charge without applying a contractual penalty.

    b) Changing the travel date for the high season of 2021 (June, July, August, and December) and the cost of the trip is higher, the customer shall pay the price difference and no contractual penalty shall be applied. This applies also to bookings with additional Ticket change and cancellation protection. (Contractual penalty means 5-10 euro fee for ticket change, which is normally charged.)
  • Booking change can be done latest by 24h before for departures up until 31.12.2021.
  • In case changing the date or route is not possible and booking needs to be cancelled, the entire ticket amount paid shall be refunded earliest 14 days before the travel date.
  • Ship tickets purchased for trips on shipping routes cancelled until 31 May 2021 shall be valid in other respects pursuant to the “Travel conditions of AS Tallink Grupp” approved by the resolution of the management board of AS Tallink Grupp of 29 October 2019.

    Note! If the departure has not been cancelled by AS Tallink Grupp and can still be booked, normal terms apply.
