EXCEPTIONAL TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DURING PANDEMIC
- The following principles shall apply to changing ship tickets purchased for trips on shipping routes cancelled 28 May 2021 to 31 July 2021 and the tickets purchased for the trips on Riga-Stockholm route up to 31 December 2021:
a) Changing the travel date is free of charge without applying a contractual penalty for all routes and departures until 31 May 2022.
b) If travel departure from Finland is desired, a free return trip in Shuttle Star Class can be added.
c) If a new travel date is not fixed, a D-gift card within the sum of the ticket payment can be granted, to which 10% extra value can be added. The D-gift card is should be used until 31 Dec 2021 and the new travel date can be selected up to 31 May 2022. The D-gift card may also be used as a payment method for the Tallink e-shop until 31 Dec 2021.
- In case changing the date or route is not possible and booking needs to be cancelled, the entire ticket amount paid shall be refunded earliest 14 days before the travel date. The request should be made 30 days prior to the original departure date.
As regards to the ship tickets purchased for trips on shipping routes cancelled up to 31 July 2021 and for the trips on Riga - Stockholm route cancelled up to 31 December 2021, "Travel terms and conditions of AS Tallink Grupp" confirmed by the decisions of the management board of AS Tallink Grupp of 29 October 2019 apply in other respects.
Note! If the departure has not been cancelled by AS Tallink Grupp and can still be booked, normal terms apply.
